Sagdhi Sabji Masala is made from 100% Pure and Natural spices sourced directly from spice growing areas, free from any artificial colour, preservatives and flavour. Our spices are carefully grounded which preserve aroma and flavour and make your dish delicious and Healthy.
1. Cut 250g of seasonal vegetables (such as carrots, beans, cauliflower, and potatoes) into medium-sized pieces. 2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of ghee or oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 3. Add the chopped vegetables and fry them in the oil. 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Sagdhi Sabji Masala powder and salt to taste. 5. Cook on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Add a little water, cover the pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. 6. Serve hot.
